The PROCARD5© Long Life Composite The revolutionary PROCARD5 influences any conventional and specialty market where durability and longevity are essential. The product also warrants itself to applications requiring Magnetic Stripe technology. The material laminates into a bonded single piece I-beam structure by interposing six layers of PVC and Polyester, which structurally enhances the card’s integrity giving it maximum durability in the harshest environments.The PROCARD5 is receptive to all Dye Diffusion Thermal Transfer Printers, resulting in a high quality four-color process image. The PROCARD5 also works well with high-speed commercial ink jet printers used to imprint variable data, which includes numbers and bar codes, giving the card numerical integrity.
